Carol likes to cook traditional Philippino food for her friends

When I first came to Gravesend with my husband and son I didn't have many friends to begin with. It was a bit sad and lonely at first but then I joined the Owls association and found a few friends. As a group we like to cook our traditional dishes and invite everyone round, it's become a kind of tradition. I cook myself and then everybody comes over, then next week we go to another friends house. We can buy all the goods for our traditional dishes. In Earls Court there are a few Philippino supermarkets there. Thai and Chinese food is very similar to ours. We usually go to See Woo in Greenwich because you can get everything there.
